"Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view of Mt Fuji. It is a grand yellow hotel nestled in the hillside so the hotel itself is quite picturesque. We booked a room with a private indoor onsen with a spectacular view of the Mt Fuji from the room including from the onsen. The water was hot and relaxing and the hotel has free bath salts of several fragrances to add to the water. The breakfast is quite good with a large variety of food. Dinner also has a lot of variety and quantity. It is not directly in Kawaguchiko and is about a 15 minute drive away from the station with a free hotel shuttle to and from the station. Definitely worth it for the view."

"This property is a bit out of the way but the view of mount fuji was amazing! Onsens where not tattoo friendly (we expected this) You can get a shuttle bus for the closes station to get you there between 2 and 5 for check in and then a free shuttle bus back to the train station that moring. "
