"I was greeted and made to feel very welome, as usual, by José at reception. He has been here as long as I've been coming to this hotel and he is a major reason why I keep coming back. José is always friendly and he makes me feel like a valued client. He's efficient, professional and always has a smile on his face. "Cleanliness was 3 stars as there were ants. But overall I liked the room. It was OK inside even though the outside of the motel is unkempt. Only one physical key is provided, so I asked at the front desk for them to let my guest in when he arrived. They wrote out a paper note, but the staff there couldn't find the note when my friend arrived, so he wasn't able to get in the room. The motel is largely for out-of-town workers I think, not tourists. If you don't speak French familiarize yourself...

"I checked into my room and when I noticed that it was one of the older rooms, I requested for an upgrade and they provided me with one for a reasonable price. The room had a nice view, but the 4th floor at least seemed like it was in between renovations, with modern features mixed in with dated furniture and appliances. The hallways were very dimly lit.
