「Having stayed in Las Casitas for hundreds of weeks since 1987 we know what to expect. We know that check in states 4pm but most visitors are in there villa long before that time. Our villa was cleaned by 11.30. We know this as we were on site at 10.00am. From the bar area we could see the cleaner in there. But the vindictive manager chose to send 2 cleaners at 15.05 to spend no more than 2 minutes sweeping up outside. When asking if our villa was ready at 15.25 we were told it needs checking. At...

「A beautiful site that seems particularly well-maintained. We were there on a HB basis and appreciated being able to switch from lunch to dinner at frequent intervals. The suite was excellent as was the pool and dining areas. Personally, I would have liked less music and live singers during the day though this seemed popular with guests generally. 「Very quiet and amaxing hotel and near restaurants and on beach front fab for families with children but not walkable to any night life we couldn’t find any only restaurants but amaxing hotel and lovely rooms 」

「We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly. 」
