「Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family! 」

「A very convenient location since walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below.」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「I selected this property for one night because it was within 10 minutes of the Athens airport. It does not have a reception desk but their written instructions were very clear to gain access to the property. I wish I had more time because the property and the pool were lovely. 」

「The hotel is on the edge of the city center and only 2 blocks from the ocean. You would have to walk about 20 minutes for a small beach or drive 20 for a nicer beach. I rented a car and drove all over the island. Maria at the front desk was very helpful. Parking is hit or miss aw far as street parking. The hotel does have an arrangement with a parking lot a few blocks away, I never used it as I usuy found street parking closer than the parking lot. The room was very spacious, two TVs and a...

Much space & “main” street view 👌 (Very)comfortable bed (could still feel a bit the gap between 2 twin beds -making them a double one version- could be easily fixed from my own experience) Staff paid attention to my comfort & all details. Excellent communication. Surely, I’ll be back! 」
