「Well the girl that checked us in, but she didn't appear happy about it. I feel like we inconvenienced her. One of the rooms was cold and turning up the thermostat didn't help much. The biggest issue was there was a high pitched alarm going off somewhere close to our rooms that we could hear continuously through out our stay. We did call the front desk about the noise, but the problem wasn't solved.」

「the staff was amazing and it was quiet, quaint and a perfect place to stay. My daughter was graduating from UWGB and the staff made her feel so special when she left in her graduation gown. Excellent hospitality and amazing, amazing facility. We'll definitely being staying there again soon for funsies! 」
