「Overall we were happy. Positives were the front desk staff both guys were knowledgeable and helpful, didn't need to chat to the lady do can't comment.. Room was clean appropriate. However there was renovation workers busy in the corridor for an hour when we arrived at 4pm approx. The rooms a/c was noisy so we were moved to another room unfortunately the main a/c was just outside our window so not much of an improvement. But we slept well so no problem. 「We had a great experience, drove to Fort Meyers Beach and visited Sanibel Island and Captiva with miles and miles of white sand beaches.. Cape Coral is beautiful! There were also some outlets which had great stores for shopping! Would highly recommended the area~」

「Stay was good, the elevator needs serviced, and the guest laundry needs the dryer fixed, had to pay to run the cycle twice to get my load dry… did total of 4 loads over the week we stayed.. probably should have went to a laundry mat for instead. Saw a couple small cockroaches also, please call an exterminator. 」
