I will never ever go to this place ever. Me and my fiancé had a traumatic experience with a guy sneaking and opening up a window to peak inside. Refund was provided but only after 2 hours of call with Expedia and the hotel supervisor who was not even at the site. Staff telling me to email him to get this any sort of incentives back. Outrageous. If you do plan to stay at this hotel please make sure you check your windows.

I was here in December during a trip to The Paramount, and I was just there again for the same type of trip. It was a decent stay with a couple minor things that could be better. The room I had this time was definitely better than last time, but there is room for minor improvements. One thing I encountered in both stays here is the curtains need to be propped because the heater/ac unit is directly below the curtains, and when it is working the curtains catch the air and the curtains don’t stay straight, making it so the air doesn’t go in to the room directly and also makes the curtains blow in the wind. I found a way to prop the curtains so it’s not too big of a problem.

Husband slipped and fell down the stairs bc they had taken all the salt off of the outside stairs in freezing weather. Worker up front couldn't care less about the whole situation. Both interactions w staff up front was unpleasant.

the breakfast was good!We arrived to check in at 10pm. The guy at reception was not receptive, he seemed to be sleeping, he was only wearing socks, not very professional. I didn't have a hairdryer in the room, I called reception, after 35 minutes we waited, we had to go look for a hairdryer..

I was disappointed with the overall experience, apart from Joy and Erica the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed unfriendly, unprofessional, not welcoming, they feel bored by my questions and didn’t want to help. They always acted as if they were tired and I was bothering them with my questions , the manager was extremely rude, arrogant and lack management skills. He was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing my concerns about my invoices! My contactless hotel room door card/key was always faulty and the TV remote control never works properly leading me to always get out of the room to go at the front desk for help even at relaxation time with my child. The staff was never happy to get the card/key changed and they were acting as if it was my fault if the card was not working in the first place. There was also an African-American male staff that never smiled or want to answer any questions he was always grumpy, extremely nonchalant/sleepy and when I ask him about my invoice, he directed me back to the manager knowing that he could’ve simply helped me himself. They whole staff are not kids friendly as they always have a weird look directed to my son when he was walking around in the lobby area under my supervision of course! My hotel room was clean. Housekeeper was done every day, including weekends. Free breakfast was ok!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, the room was comfortable, etc. there are great food options nearby the pizza place across the street is awesome. I do wish they turned on the heat in the room before I checked in it was really cold in there when I checked in. The door to the room can use some adjustment because you really have to press it closed for it to be fully shut.
