The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus.
The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets.
Even right up till check out. They arranged our airport transfer without a problem.
I will definitly return here and will recommend it to my colleagues.

I thought the hotel was in down town Chengdu. As it turned out it is 50km away. Google map make a mistake indicating the worng location.
But the hotel was great.

Underwhelming First Stay
"Underwhelming compared to the likes of Capella, Langham where we are frequent travellers at. Rooms were decent however had mosquitoes on the warmer days we were at. Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined ..."
