「While our comfort and experience with Townhouse 213 was closer to a 3 (and a one if you include all the perilous stairs), we have massive respect and esteem for Vickie, who was the point person. She is outstanding at her job. She was receptive to the ideas (long text lists from daughter) that we made for improving the 213 so it can shine like we know it can.
