「The room and general decor was a little tired. Bed and bathroom both excellent, other bedroom furniture needs updating. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, but again the furniture in the restaurant / bar a little tired. Overall a comfortable stay and the price was fair. Great staff in restaurant and bar.」

「We stayed for two nights. One adult and two children the room.waa clean and spacious and thr beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The food was lovely and every member of staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.」

「Great location , we stayed in the annexe so can only speak of those rooms. Rooms are fairly tired and not easily accessible for young family with babies or wheelchairs. Swimming pool could’ve done with a tidy up , dirty towels spread everywhere and dirty toilets. All in all we did enjoy our stay and would stay again. 」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「Great location for trip ( mountain biking) within the New forest. Good value for price. Easy access to Lyndhurst. Have used before and will again, lovely 2 days」

「The staff were great but a few things not available eg red wine and draft beer. Room a little tired and very warm even with the window wide open and no heating on. Enjoyed the stay as the forest is only a few steps from the door. Would stay again and hope the niggles are straightened out. 」

「Everything first class. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated our luggage being taken to and from our room. Standard room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed using the coffee machine and appreciated the excellent breakfast tea and china teapot. Lovely biscuits and complimentary gin too. Also liked the chocolates and handwritten postcard for my husband's birthday, a nice gesture. Made full use of the spa facilities the following morning namely the pool, jacuzzi and...
