「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Beautiful resort. Everyone was very nice. Checkin process a little slow. Our room had used towels from previous guests- were behind door so didn’t notice until our friends came and used the bathroom. Had concerns about how clean that bathroom was if they didn’t take out used towels.」

「The property was clean. The staff were nice. The place is spacious, a nice tub that seats two. The shower is nice and warm and can fit two as well. The location is safe and close to entertainment and local attractions.」

「We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient.
