「This hotel has good reviews, but I guess standards vary for everyone. Personally, I won’t be returning to this property. 「No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「We (family of 4) spent 7 days in Réunion resort and enjoyed it. 3 bedroom apartments are well equipped and very clean. All extras are a bit pricey but well maintained and fun. Shame there is no basketball court. Would definitely come back and recommend. 」

「Property is described. I would emphasize though that it is not accessible for people with disabilities since the beda are very high up. I would also advise management to consider looking for different methods of taking the copy of the credit card for the deposit since they just took a picture of my card and we live in a day and age where credit fraud is very common」

「Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.」

「Renovated room nicely done, but no more in-room Jacuzzi :(」

「We got a huge room with a gigantic bath for a very modest price. Since this is a historic property with different room configurations, the results may vary. The directions that guests get to their rooms were fairly clear, but i think food delivery drivers are a bit baffled by the building labeling and numbering. Not a big detractor at all but something to be aware of.」

「Property was great for the 5 of us on a Disney/SeaWorld vacation. Property was clean, the room was a bit dated but clean. Club house didn’t have much in their “store” and the main pool was cold. It was nice for what we needed.」
