The staff was really nice and the room was very clean. My biggest issue with this hotel was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

This was the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. Normally we have no issues, but this time the room was in very poor condition. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, one of the beds was missing the mattress topper, the microwave was missing the rotating dish in the center, and the dresser had broken drawers. Overall the room was just in a very poor state.

The room was very unclean there is cigarette ashes all over the bed when I come in there's cigarette ashes or some substance on the nightstand there is a used bar of soap in the shower on the soap dish it is not being vacuumed the room smell of cigarette smoke very very strongly the doors can barely get in the lock stick handle does not turn right you got to basically break in

Worker gave us a parking pass that said room 312 , our key cards said 321 , so at 3 am in the cold I had to try room 321 several times did not work looked like someone was already in there , found room 312 and it was the room. 2nd night one room card stoped working . Then the last night #4 both cards were not working, when I went to get new cards told the women room 312 and my name , she looked it up said it’s room 321 so I told her the whole story and said this is night #4 I’ve been in 312. Someone needs to fix soemthing in the system.

Cleanliness was sub par, inadequate outlets(one was behind bed unusable), extension cord for microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom very tiny, shower rod not properly attached to walls. Window cover did not fully block Window. One of the double beds was not on a frame. Furnishings were outdated and in poor condition. Tv was in poor operating order.
