「When we checked in, they put us in a dirty room. And then upon complaining, they changed to a different room which caused us wasted nearly 1 hour of our valuable vacation time. The fitted sheet was full of stains. Yuck!」

「On my top list to return to this hotel. Customer service was above and beyond particularly with Kane and Wiwinn who made fresh breakfast all around. Her egg white vege omelets was my fave. Even the oatmeal was always cooked properly and not watered. I always made a point of having breakfast knowing that she prepared it. Also, theres a manager's happy hour with side dishes. Well worth trying it. Hotel view was perfect. It's so open with all the trees and fresh grass. I hope the surrounding areas...
