"Nice hotel With lovely staff, but "luxury suites" we're lacking the luxury. Bed was large but there was a gap between even though was supposed to be a king bed and other side was really worn (sank in the middle where people have been sleeping). Not many tv channels but use of Netflix. I would definitely take a room at the hotel next time if coming back. Suite was spacious and had a fridge and a microwave so handy for someone with small children but you need to cross a road to get to the hotel....

"The setting was beautiful. Just outside the national park. The check-in procedure was fine but we had no idea where to go. There are no signs for “The Reserve.” The apartment was pleasant but it needed a good deep cleaning. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor, long hairs in the shower floors and pube hairs on the wall of the shower. The lack of air conditioning was fine. We opened the windows and it was cool. "Good value. The doors are really loud no matter how gently you try to close them. The walk to city centre is on a very busy road, but the upside is there plenty of shopping close to the hostel. "
