「We had a wonderful time at the Alojamiento Bellavista. Manuel, the owner, was very kind, helpful and truly cared about our well-being. The place is rather new and they are still making the place better and better. They were open to constructive feedback and super responsive. 「No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

「Loved the view of the mountains from the hostel, secured wifi, hot shower, socket points availability next to the beds, and the staff- despite speaking very little English, try their best to help you with your queries. The hostel also has water for sale at the reception which was great. However, there are also two mini stores next to it where you can get some dry food and water. Furthermore, the staff graciously allowed us to check in early when we arrived three hours earlier than the checkin...

「たいへんハートウォームなホテルでした。ご主人はじめスタッフの気配りで快適に過ごせました。ナグーナ69やパストルリ氷河に行くために早く出発しなければならないとき、朝５時半からレストランを開けてくださいました。ランチボックスももりもりでした。また、フロントにはワスカラン山麓のすばらしい地図とジオラマがあります。私たちは３泊して、高地順応のために車でオリンパス峠に行き、翌日パストルリ氷河へ、３日目にはラグーナ69にトレッキングしました。とにかく非の打ち所がないホテルでした。また、部屋には中庭はありませんが、どの部屋からも行けるオーガニックガーデンがあります。８月には、アマリリスが咲き、マンダリンが実っていました。」

「Hotel acolhedor, cama confortável, quarto limpo, a senhora que é a dona do hotel da bastante suporte ao cliente. Só tem um problema não tem café da manhã e nem estacionamento. 」
