「Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!」

「Staff was very nice and had eat places close by. Room was very old and need fixed. It made it look diry but it really wasn't because it needs fixed or up dated. It was advertised it was updated but room we was in wasn't. 」
