「Overall it was very nice stay. Clean room, staff is very friendly, and breakfast was good and I like the 24x7 coffee. Indoor swimming pool was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, and the laundry service was out of service with no mention of it while booking.」

Gwen was very accommodating and worked very hard to make everything as seamless as possible. She was very knowledgeable and communicated with everyone in my family well.
