「Despite my late check-in, the folks at Middle Flass Lodge were ready to go. Very friendly and I was made to feel immediately welcome into their place. Classic and quaint.」

Water pressure in room #5 very poor but clean a pleasant bathroom. No mobile service but that is obviously not The Maypole’s fault!」

「Very nice. A little noisy during the evening but that’s expected at a pub. No complaints at all.」

「The proprietor was very welcoming, the room was clean and tidy. There was also tea,coffee, biscuits and water available in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. They do not do breakfast but the proprietor recommended places where we could obtain an evening meal with a pint of real ale and also some breakfast the following morning. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「We took a spontaneous trip to Malham Cove for a night away. This lovely hotel is down a quiet country road 1/2 a mile from the cove and near to several other pubs and cafes. The building is very old and reached over an old stone bridge or the beck (stream) Parking is available and the room was nicely furnished with views of the water and a very comfy bed. The hotel and attached restaurant is completely plant based. I somehow missed this fact when booking but I needn’t have worried. The dinner...
