「The staff were really helpful and friendly, even accommodating our family for breakfast that were not staying at the hotel. A couple of things I feel needed mentioning, we were in room 5, the room was not very warm (quite cool in fact), Great hot water for bath, Bed was really hard and uncomfortable (sheets were lovely and soft), TV remote did not work and there was no milk for tea.」
