「Very great service! The gate was opened right away. We were brought to our room and our big suitcase was carried by the staff. Delicious breakfast was included and ready for us the next morning. All this by only one employee. 」

He charged us for the stay, and unwisely, we went ahead and paid — assuming that we would get a refund from Expedia. That was about a week ago. Still waiting to find out if we’re going to get a refund — very annoying, to say the least.」
