"Very good hotel. Excellent quality of the rooms! A couple of (very) small things; 1. The Pool is only open between 8am and 4pm, which is a little tight 2. The Shopping Mall is walkable (some hotel staff say it's not) - but you need to be creative/patient with the traffic! 3. This is very close to the final approach of Jeddah Airport - and you will hear planes in the middle of the night. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel and very reasonably priced. "

"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel the staff makes a huge different. Very friendly and always there to help. The other thing about this hotel is the location, very close to Al salam Mall and the Andelus mall. Train station al sulaimanya is 10 minutes of walk. Tim horten, McDonald's, 1/2 Million, bakery, convenience store, gas station, many other cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. A very larg supermarket is 5 minuts of walk. "I lodged at the Renz Hotel for 5 nights while I was attending a conference at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. I stayed in a very comfortable for a price I couldn't resist. The room was always immaculately cleaned, and I found the staff to be extremely helpful. The only drawback was the hotel has no restaurant for lunch or dinner, only room service, which was adequate."
