「I loved the safety features of the property. Every door had a code to enter. I appreciated the elevator that was available. There was a grocery store right next door and many of local restaurants and tourist attractions were near by and within walking distance. The only bummer was parking, but that's an issue all over Reykjavik. Good thing is parking is free from 9pm-9am, so if you plan a fun filled day you could potentially avoid paying for parking. 「我們訂了B14，莫名其妙把我們改到分館，email也沒有提到被改地方，連結的gps還是本館，email給了我們一個access code,打開竟然是別人的房間，好心人幫我們打電話才知道我們被改地方，結果我們找了好久才找到分館，到了樓下還是不得其門而入，又再次聯絡才進去，我們訂的是一張雙人床跟一張單人床，說好聽幫我們升等，結果變成一張雙人床跟一張沙發床，提供免費早餐竟然只是一些玉米片，連洗髮精也是隨隨便便的幾瓶放在浴室，半夜吵得不能睡覺，杯子裡面也是髒的，這是有史以來最不愉快的住宿經驗，就是一場惡夢」

「This apartment was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to Iceland. The location was nice because it was easy to walk everywhere, but it was a few blocks away from the busier area so it was super quiet at night. I had an economy studio, and it was the perfect size for me. The little kitchen had everything I needed. The shower was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment was spotless when I arrived. I highly recommend Frost Apartments!」

「下午入住三樓第十五號房，面臨街道的大窗。 一張大雙人床，還有一張雙人和單人沙發床可以拉出來睡。 簡單的廚房用品：鍋具、炒匙、刀具、開罐器、微波爐、電熱水壺、烤麵包機、油、鹽、清潔劑、....等，但是瀝水籃有點髒，砧板也有點味道。 因為沒有抽油煙機，所以想自己煮的話，比較合適做水煮的料理。 由於一樓是餐廳，有時候覺得走廊和房間有一些油煙味。 飯店位在商業大街上，附近有超市、便利商店，不想自己煮的話兩邊都有餐廳或酒吧。總之生活機能方便。 距離pick up bus車站no.10只有五分鐘的距離，想安排跟團旅遊也很方便集合搭車。 」
