Perfect beach retreat

"This is the most perfect accommodation, 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach. The room was large, clean and so tastefully decorated. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels. The shower was great. We did not meet the hosts but the checkin details were brilliant. We didnt stay ..."

"Easy free parking, waterside location, nice room, good breakfast, good access to South Downs and coast. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that swimming pool water is hot, comfortable for old people getting in but makes actual swimming for exercise sluggish."

Really lovely holiday

"We had a lovely time at Mill Rythe, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and clean. It was lovely to swim in the warm swimming pool everyday. Would definitly go back for a return visit. The neighbouring Donkey sanctuary is also brilliant!"

"Pretty grounds and lake; the alpacas and goats were particularly friendly. The accommodation was compact but had everything available - fridge/kitchen etc. The bed was very comfortable"

Bed/sofas uncomfortable

"Accommodation with kitchen and setup was what I was after but the bed and sofas was awful to sit on and sleep in. Not what I needed after a hard days work."
