「We stayed one quick night after landing late, lost ski equipment, and bad weather shutting down the roads up to our resort. Although the property didn’t look the best, the room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was basic but it was adequate for a quick night stay! 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,...

「We enjoyed our stay at Woolley's. The hotel lobby is very pretty and provided a relaxing area to enjoy time together. Our room was very large and nicely decorated. Was a nice change from ordinary hotel stays. 」
