「A fab little inn. So pleased i found thus place to stay, situated on outskirts of Brockenhurst village. Welcomed by Manager Dave Hutton who explained everything we needed to know re booking in process, breakfast times and info regarding evening menus. 「We booked again because our last stay was so lovely, but this time the service was no way as good, especially service in the bar area @ the tables, 3/4 different staff taking order/serving/billing, forgetting items, the hot breakfast wasnt hot, we could hear everyone above us in the room, plus we could hear the kitchen staff & everyone who came into reception. We went away to recharge but it was stressful. 」

「We had a lovely stay here. So Christmassy but even other times of year so cosy felt homely. Reception was very welcoming room was decorated lovely and really felt like a retreat away from it all. Fires and Christmas trees . We ate in the restaurant and all the food was hot and delicious. Location was very central for village visits and walks it was tough to choose whether to go out for walks or just stay in the hotel and relax. We are already planning our next trip back」

「Pleasant room, we stayed in Annexe 15, nice little room with full facilities, was a little bit dusty but otherwise perfect. Super comfy bed, powerful shower and perfect location with great parking. The staff were great too.」

「This was our third trip back to the hotel. It's a great place in the middle of the new forest, peaceful and rural. In the morning there are quite often horses and donkeys outside the hotel. The staff are all friendly and polite too, and there is a lovely little pool as well. This won't be our last stay. 」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「Lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff and a lovely pool, which our 4 year old really enjoyed. So nice for us at a family not being restricted to certain times to use the pool too. Great location for visiting lots of fabuloys places in the area & less than a 15 min drive to Peppa Pig World.」
