「I enjoyed my first visit to Stonewall Resort. It’s less than two hours from home so it made for a nice getaway. The grounds - the lake, trees, golf course - are beautiful and peaceful. There were groups meeting there, a wedding and families with small children vacationing but it did not feel crowded or loud. The guest rooms could be modernized a bit but they are comfortable. 「Older, but it was just a travel stop. Staff was excellent, very friendly. Room was clean. Pool was operational. Microwave , coffee pot and mini fridge in room. Breakfast was normal. Good price. Better to staythere and drive to Morgantown, than stay in Morgantown.」
