「2nd time here… first time with snow! Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful resort. On the downside, room this time showed signs of wear…carpet visibly dirty with few stains, some paint peeling in bathroom. Also - VERY noisy location (room 202) - by stairwell & balcony on front parking lot- and at 8 am cleaning crew in full force starting their shift with banging, loud talking right outside our room. 「Location great. Facility in need of upgrades which are planned for this year (2025). Great restaurant/bar and friendly staff. This is more of a hotel than a "resort". Yes, there are tennis courts, a pool, a "fitness center" on site. But the rooms are most definitely hotel-ish and the grounds (former pitch and putt golf course) are in rough shape. Overall, a good experience though and I give it a positive review. 」

「The carpet was not clean. The room is so dusty. Like the space, only 1 elevator that works. To borrow the cart i need to leave my ID. the 2nd time the cart was old and it so hard to move around. 」
