"Although not on the sea front or with sea views, it is well located and both are only a short walk away, (as are Greenhill Gardens) or there is a bus stop almost outside if required. The on-site parking a real bonus. Although we did not use the leisure facilities, they seemed popular, and inviting. ..."

Over priced and no privacy
"The best definition of value I have ever heard is “the difference between you you thought you were getting and what you got” this sadly was a very wide gap.
