"This is an outstanding hotel, and we simply can't express enough how pleased we were with the communication and service provided before and during we stay. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night, but that night gave us a much-needed boost of energy for ours trip in Egypt. We also had the delightful surprise of making new friends here. The cleanliness, service, and dinner were all top-notch. Btw we stayed in the Ruby room, and we were particularly fond of the owner's style. We didn’t know this comment can encourage owners or not, but I wish they can keep go forward to be greater and hard-working to keep this wonderful performance in the future.
