「the room was not warm enough and although mentioned to the staff, it was some time before the heating was sufficient. The tea maker was in a cupboard on the floor. 「Really enjoyed our visit on 11th April. Booked the Keld room for one night. 3rd visit to the hotel. Very comfortable room on the first floor looking down to the front garden and moors opposite. Hotel has a rear garden with superb views as well. No lifts on property. Excellent service, superb breakfast. Many rooms have seperate bathroom ( private ). Haven't had an evening meal here. 「I booked the wednesday to thursday but unfortunately the wrong week, after i explained the staff were exemplary and agreed to change my booking at the last minute. The room was clean warm and tidy and the food was really good. No complaints at all and will stay again.」

「What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well. 「We had a truely wonderful stay at Willance House, a littke gem of a place a short walk from Richmond town centre with ample street parking opposite. The guest house itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good quality ingredients and absoloutley delicious. The hosts Colin and Sandra were very welcoming and attentive, fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would without a doubt stay here again and higly recommend. 」
