The mattress was at least 30 years old, rock solid with the springs poking through. We couldn't sleep and both woke up exhausted with horrible neck and back pain. Fame was missing a leg as well. After complaining we were shown 3 other rooms where 2 had broken bed frames as well.
The shower was dirty, the shower door hanging on its last leg and not closing properly, a screw sticking out of the shower, paint coming off the wall, the mirror delaminating, the heat pump not working and the bathroom shelf swelling up.
The good was the staff was nice helping us out, especially Phillip from the night shift who fixed the heat pump and gave us some duvets to cover the springs of that horrible bed poking into our body.
I don't understand how this can be a 3-star hotel! It is so run down and they don't even fulfill the requirements for the 3 stars. The sister hotel states on Google they have 4 stars. I asked at reception and they said they only had 3 stars. The same condition is in the rooms at the sister hotel.
After we had seen the other 3 rooms we asked for a full refund, which they did. We went to Naumi and had an amazing stay:)
