「The room we stayed in was a little small but very clean and perfectly comfortable, and the staff were all courteous, helpful, and attentive. The property's mid-Cape location makes it the perfect home base for expeditions either toward Eastham and Chatham toward the south or Provincetown to the north, with all the beaches, shopping, and restaurants in that big swathe of the Cape. 」

「It was very quiet. Since it wasn't full, the staff spaced people out, so you didn't have people right next to you. Convenient location. Comfortable. Large room.」

「Good priced motel room. Nice location with easy access to the bike trial. Little patio with chairs for each room and numbered parking. All rooms are on the main floor and seemed just renovated. AC working well and in right location in the room (not next to bed). Sufficient power outlets at each night table. Location quiet and convenient cost to various food locations and P-town.」

「The manager could not have been nicer. Offering us great recommendations for dinner with 3 little kids and 6 adults! When we came back from dinner he opened the pool for us. He has closed it up early because no one had been using it. The kids had a ball. The location is great. Walkable to restaurants. There are lots of different beaches around. 「What a great location and beautiful property! If the bathrooms were updated this would be a 5 star stay. Also, floors felt slimy and dirty definitely need to do a better job moping. But minor, I would stay again even with the outdated camp like bathrooms because the location is so amazing.」
