「For the amount we paid per room we truthfully expected better. The rooms are old, hot and stuffy. The showers are built in a ridiculous way it will almost cause flooding outside of the bathtub area, which we were then warned a fine would be imposed if flooding occurs.」

「浴室老舊沒有抽風機只能打開對走廊的窗戶，走廊是鏤空的整棟建築物看起來像美國老舊汽車旅館，從一進房房間跟浴室都是霉味，房間潮濕被子蓋起來濕濕涼涼，暖氣沒什麼作用，因為是附屬樓所以也沒人可以處理這些問題，房間也沒電話可以讓你打給櫃檯，因為這棟建築物只有兩樓外面就是草地，所以雖然我住二樓還是有在房間看到蟲子」

「I had a wonderful stay here with family. Room was spacious, comfortable temperature, clean. Spa was also very well kept, pool water temp was also perfect. I must say, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. It definitely feels like 4 star but the staff will make you feel so welcome and accomodate your needs so well, at times you will feel yourself at a 5 star hotel.
