「This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. 」

「I booked on hotels.com at 756HKD per night vs trips.com offered 330RMB (half of the price I paid). Hot water in the shower didn’t work well. The hotel said it was because there were too many guests on the same floor… there was nobody at the main door helping you with taxi. Surprisingly bad experience 」
