「We really enjoyed our 5 day stay here. it was well appointed and so central to the town centre. There was very convenient parking allowed for one car in the church car park, very close to the property. The only slight drawback for us was finding that the mattress on the main bedroom was a bit too hard for us. Other than that, it was a lovely apartment.」

「Guys running it were friendly and happy to help. It is in a good location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Very dog friendly and it was obvious both guys loved dogs. Ðogs can go into dining area with you so no worries about leaving them in room. Gluten free breakfast available along with oat milk if required. 」

「Mainly stayed for Keswick Convention. Walkable distance from Base Camp and Main Tent at Skiddaw Street. It's quiet and near a scenic view from a river nearby. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.」

「Keswick is such a great town and so well located for hiking and playing in the Lakes. The YHA was lovely and so centrally located on the river by the park. Very well equipped with a great cafe too. My only complaint is that the bedroom doors shut noisily which means you wake with the early risers. All else was perfect」

「We had a wonderful stay. Our room was small but very comfortable with views of the hills. The tea and coffee choices are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Lorna is a lovely host and makes the best breakfast with plenty of choices. The location is approx. 15 minutes walk into Keswick and the Threkeld trail, just down the hill, make walking there better away from the traffic. We would definitely recommend Brookfield and hope to vist again. 」

「We had a delightful time at the Troutbrook Inn. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, plus they were certainly dog friendly. As this was my first time travelling with my dogs this was so reassuring. Would certainly book again if making a return visit to the area. 」
