Staff were helpful and very apologetic but wvery day i couldnt also get the coffee machine to work. Staff were the highlight- postive. Friendly, Helpful."

"Excellent location. We stayed in one of the roomy 1 bedroom apartments. We decided to stay one more night, last minute, and staff went out of their way to help us keep the same room. The neighborhood is very residential, quiet, and yet close walking distance to groceries and the national mall, as well as easy access to metro"

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for work, and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff is attentive and friendly. The bar is also really nice, a great spot to unwind after a long day. However, during my latest stay, I encountered some issues. The room was noisy due to outside sounds, and the air conditioning unit made loud, distracting noises at night. "The hotel is in an excellent location for access to the mall , Tidal Basin, monuments, the capitol, Smithsonian etc We were able to walk everywhere. Hotel was clean and comfortable . Staff responsive to requests in friendly manner. Convenient kitchenette. Definitely recommend!!"

"Great hotel great price. We wanted to stay near everything within a budget. Don’t expect the rooms or bathroom to be very big. But if you’re not there to stay in the room then you’ll be fine like we were. We even went with our baby and a play pen fit in between the two beds. Fridge was big enough for us to store baby things. Closet was spacious enough. They even brought us up our own microwave when we asked if there was one we could use in the lobby just to warm up baby food. Beautiful lobby, restaurant and the employees were always very kind, welcoming, social, and helpful. As far as what’s around, the White House is about a 20 minute walk. From there the Smithsonian area is another 25 minutes. It was really nice out so we enjoyed the walk. If you don’t want to walk, driving is about 10-15 minutes. Many restaurants, stores, nearby. Although valet was great, our only complaint is parking. $60 per night for guests is pricey. Not saying it has to be free, but it can definitely be a bit cheaper. If valet is cheaper next time, we definitely will be staying again. If not, we will probably find another hotel with cheaper parking."
