Originally I had high hopes for our 4 night stay at this hotel. However, the first night I found that the TV in the master bedroom did not work. I complained; a staff member tried to correct this to no avail. The next day, after a promise to fix this, nothing was done by the evening of our return. I complained again, and another staff member came up to fix this, leaving me three (3) separate remotes to work with. Nothing worked. On day 3 I was asked about the status and told the staff that the TV still did not work; they wanted me to spend more time showing them the problem. By then (Day 3) I was exasperated with this situation. Finally, at check out on Friday morning, May 23rd, I complained and asked for compensation for my trouble. Per the request of staff member "Steven", I gave him my contact information (phone and email), and Steven promised me that I would get a response that day, May 23rd. There has been no response.
