「Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker mit guter Auswahl. Leider hat die Außenbeleuchtung des Hotels ins Zimmer geschienen, das war trotz Vorhängen die gesamte Nacht recht hell. Das war schade. Ansonsten sind wir zufrieden und kommen sicher mal wieder. 」

Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Balkon. Das Bad hat genug Platz, hervorheben ist die Trennung zwischen Bad und WC. 「A very cosy hotel, the best breakfast selection I have seen in this segment. Although not in the walking district to the city, tram is available at an moderate distance. Just would recommend not to accept crowded tours during the holiday season. I think they can easily fill the hotel with independent tourists like us. If not these groups create annoying noice at the reception. We are overall very pleased to make this hotel choice」

"Good services since check in , and possible late checkout is great. Breakfast a bit rush during Xmas time , but all foods in high Quality...yummy too."

Good location but poor equipment

"The room I got was on the first floor facing the street. The soundproofing is terrible; I didn't sleep well for my entire stay. There's a pub just across the street, so if you stay during the weekend, you can hear people talking loudly there. There's also a weird smell in the hotel, like cheap perfume, which isn't a postive feeling. The room is very old; my desk is actually broken. The location is good and easy to access everywhere. I asked to change rooms after two nights of no sleep but was refused. If you're on a budget, this place is acceptable, but I would prefer to pay more for a better one."

Will recommend to friends if they visit Strasbourg

"Great location to everywhere in the city you want to go. Great buffet breakfast. Staff is helpful. Room size is a little small but ok for solo traveler. But I find the cover of the safety box a little dusty, maybe very few people use it."
