「Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning 」

「I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
