「GREAT STAFF! The room was amazing and the views are fantastic. The staff hit that perfect balance between attentive without being annoying. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect and the entire experience was great. The only downside was the steep hill from the town to the hotel. We walked it a couple of times but paid for a taxis a few times as well. 」

While we are having our breakfast, our room was nicely cleaned up so that when we return after breakfast, our room smelled great with lavender scent. 「Superb location, everything seems to be 4 minutes walk away! The main gondola, all the restaurants we went to, the grocery store, the train and bus station, everything. The breakfast is AMAZING. Love the fresh baked goods every morning and they even offer free mimosas to kick off the day. Staff was wonderful and always helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Wellness center is a really nice added bonus! Would love to stay again! 」
