「Nice room looking over the water. Bit dusty, but comfortable. Service was very slow but the food was a good quality and very expensive. Why do they need to charge extra for tomatoes at breakfast? Bit cheapskate if you ask me, especially when a breakfast is £26 in the first place. Very enjoyable evening however.」

「Even the smallest room was 'Luxe'. Absolutely everything was beautiful, food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless and the finer little details down to the duck in the bathtub was charming. I can't wit to go back. 」

「Lovely old hotel in the centre of Amersham old town. Room was in the annex and very comfortable and warm. Great shower. We picked the hotel as a base for walking and it was an ideal location. Lots of pubs and restaurants on the high street and looked so beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations」
