「The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was quiet and had a good view. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility but there was none in the room or the hotel.」

Plenty of great bars and restaurants a short walk away too. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and a lovely lady. 「The positives: we had everything we needed, the room was clean and stocked, the air conditioning worked nicely which is important in southern Italy, and Monica was great. She was very responsive and helpful and even got someone to help us with our bags up to the room when we arrived. The mini fridge was welcome also for storing beverages. 「Duomo house is a very clean property in great location. The staff was very attentive and informative they helped us book our cabs and provided good suggestions for food around. They have an elevator u might miss it if u don't look for it.The breakfast spread was very tasty and fresh don't miss the orange juice.」

「View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. 」

「Let me start with the fact that I don’t like Naples. But this hotel is like an island inside the not so inviting city. Used to be a real palace that turned into a luxurious hotel. When you walk to your room you really feel the royal atmosphere. Everything is new, clean and of excellent design, inside and outside the room. And the service is one of the best I’ve seen in many countries. The perfect choice if you ever in Naples. 」

「Nice place, very close to the train station, lots of things to eat around. Nice setting, have in mind that the ceiling is short distance from the bed if you're standing. Found a little hard to get there and to communicate with the staff once I was there.」
