「This is a great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Since I arrived hotel mid-night, they helped me to do check-in rapidly and allowed me to have late check out next day at 5:00 pm. 「Heavy noise pollution during night until 1am in the mid-night. The heavy disco like base noise from the restaurant nearby is obvious, noise isolation is a nightmare. Also the talking voice from the room next to is also obvious. The service is not good where I am already confirmed checked out but was suddenly call me from my cab to just a signature, I have to leave all my stuff in the uber cap which caused me feel unsafe. Very not recommended for this hotel.」

「In the month of February i have booked to stay in this hotel for 18 days. From Feb 6- 13. I had no issues. But during my stay Feb 17 -19 in Room 432 the A/C had issues and they tried fixing but couldnt so i had to re-pack my bags and move to Room 719 which was so annoying and inconvenient to me. Then during my stay Feb 21-23 in room 720 the hot water in the shower did not work at 8am and i had to have a cold shower. I did not have the time to hang around calling and waiting for someone to come...

"The accommodation experience is satisfactory, as staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi is great but they have an offer for an high speed connection with a INR 700 per day. The bathroom is well designed as there is a strong handle for me to hold. The location of the hotel is near the central Bangalore city center. There are relatively more dinning options nearby compared to the Electronics City where I stayed last time. Staying at the right location in Bangalore is very important due to the bad traffic conditions. Some disadvantages that have brought a deduction of my score: (1) not so much western and oriental breakfast varieties. (2) there is only 1 restaurant and they get so busy with the outside customers at lunch. I later just ordered in-room dining. (3) my booking was for a king bed room, but they offered me only a 2x double beds that are placed together."
