The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. I will use Sonder again, the location was perfect, the apartment was very clean with soft white towels and the bed and pillows were really comfortable with fresh white linen. I found it quiet, we were on the 5th floor. It had every thing we needed for a city break in Malin. 」

「入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的」
