「Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on...

「We’re just sorry we arrived late and had to check out early for wine tastings in the morning. A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. 」
