"I had a truly wonderful stay at The Sturbridge Suites in Lincolnshire, booked through Expedia. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The entire staff is exceptional, and their dedication to making guests feel at home really stood out. Natalie, the Manager, is outstanding—warm, professional, and always attentive. Her leadership sets the tone for a truly positive environment. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless and were always friendly and respectful. The kitchen staff was also amazing—Sergio is fantastic, and Rosie, who cooks in the evenings, is absolutely wonderful. Her meals are always comforting and delicious, and she brings such a kind, personal touch to every evening. David is another standout—he keeps everything on the property in top-notch shape, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. And I have to give a special shout-out to Ashley, who helped me when I was having computer issues for work. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, and her kindness and patience made a big difference during a stressful moment. Thank you to everyone at The Sturbridge Suites for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this gem to family and friends. "

"This was a very nice newer hotel right next to Woodfield mall. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. We had a ant problem in our first room but the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a new room. The staff said they would take care of the ants. The breakfast area was really nice and the food was excellent. The area around the hotel is nice and it worked out well for walking our dog. Over all we plan on using this hotel again. "
