「The Ha Long Sapphire Cruise was fantastic. The staff were lovely, the activities were fun, and we had a great time—special thanks to 'Sorry,' who kept us laughing! However, just a couple of things to make others aware: communication before the cruise was poor. I had trouble getting answers about transfers, which led us to make alternative arrangements. On the day of the cruise, we didn’t know where the meeting point was. I should’ve reached out earlier, but they also should have sent check-in...

「O serviço de transfer ida e volta foi muito bom. O check-in no píer tb foi organizado. O quarto é amplo e corresponde às fotos. As atividades são boas e tivemos muita sorte no primeiro dia com um pôr do sol maravilhoso. Poderia ter um menu com uma opção de pasta ou peixe, ainda que pagássemps mais por isso. 「Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy.」

「Von Transfer bis zum Schiff und den Tagesausflügen alles top geplant. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, nett und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche beim Essen werden super umgesetzt und die Natur ist ein Traum. Die Musik an der Bar ist angenehm und die Zimmer sind in einem super Zustand. Ein Trip zum Staunen und sich verwöhnen lassen. 」
