「Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com 」

「Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend 」

「Very good location, just next to Victoria market. You can get good food for breakfast every morning. Easy accessible and convenient transport. Just not satisfying with the cleaning conditions. The room got urinary bad smell when we entered. I believed the housekeeper don’t clean the toilet everyday . One mug is also dirty. 」

「This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful and clean. My skin is very sensitive, this is the only hotel that didn't make me allergic after my stay. Also, the pool was very clean; I could open my eyes in the water without red eyes afterward. The reception service was excellent, and I met a clean staff, Sity (not sure if I spelled right), she was friendly to chat with and showed me where to go when I lost. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I back to Australia next time.」
