「When we arrived I was not on the best as there speared to be little snow,the room was too small and dark. They provided a lamp. The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. The garden rooms need a light apart from that Great Hotel. 」

「The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... 「The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! 「Deludente! Pessimo! Struttura assolutamente non adeguata alle 4 stelle dichiarate. Scarsissima pulizia nelle camere, lampada sul comodino che cade a pezzi, televisione non funzionante e scaldabagno che sibila e fa un rumore tale da non dormire. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla manager si è dimostrata non disponibile, scortese e senza pietà, dato che non ci ha voluto rimborsare per i disagi. Siamo scappati 2 notti in anticipo.
