Great room with plenty of space and lovely balcony view of the canal. Lots of nice touches like coffee machine, free Prosecco. This is more managed apartments than a hotel which was no issue to us as enjoyed just being left alone, but some may prefer being in a hotel with all the facilities onsite.

It was a good stay at the centre of the city. Everything was at walking distance. We got the room with a view to the canal. The disadvantage is that it can get noisy from the canals. Even though our room was a bit small, it was really clean with a modern bathroom. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They had also prepared an itinerary with their suggestions. We could leave our luggage there even after checking out.

The best thing about this site is Stefano the owner. He helped us with so many things before and during our stay. This site is close enough to walk to the Vatican, the forum and the hill. It is not close to Roma Termini and public transportation is hard to use so some costs for taxis. The hotel is a boutique site so there is no front desk. Stefano meets you there to check you in. But he gives you his cell number so he is available if needed. The room is not large but it is comfortable. Great place for the cost.

The hospitality at this hotel is second to none. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They bend over backwards to help you, and give you free water, drinks, always offering suggestions on how to help plan your meals and sightseeing. I honestly have never had such good service from a hotel before. The beds were comfortable, location is perfect, I can’t say enough good things about here.

Excellent staff greeted us and ensures our room was cleaned right away even though we arrived 2.5 hours before check-in. The gentleman also was so helpful recommending nearby places, bringing out a map and highlighting recommended paths, bars (cafés) with views over the water, and sites. They also provided us with a list of restaurants. Excellent location within walking distance of St Marks Basilica and more, and of course it's Venice so views, sunset, sunrise, bridges, water, churches - everything was beautiful. Hope to go back one day! Be prepared for a staired entryway if accessibility is a concern. Loved this hotel and our stay!
